MeetFlovv is an AI meeting notes product for Google Meet, made by Devflovv. We build it around one idea: notes you can trust, from audio that is deleted right after it is transcribed.
Many of a team's decisions happen in meetings, and too many of them are never written down. MeetFlovv captures Google Meet calls and turns them into short, structured notes, so the decisions and action items survive the call.
MeetFlovv is built and run by Devflovv. It focuses on Google Meet so that both ways of capturing a call, the Chrome extension and MeetFlovv Bot, work well rather than covering every meeting platform halfway.
MeetFlovv is built not to fill gaps with guesses: owners, deadlines and speaker names appear only when the meeting supports them, and an unclear speaker name is left blank.
Audio is deleted right after it is transcribed, and transcripts expire 48 hours after your notes are ready.
When MeetFlovv Bot joins, it appears in the participant list and cannot get past Google Meet's admission controls. With the Chrome extension, tell participants you are taking notes. You decide which meetings are captured.
