Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of AI NoteTaker, operated by Devflovv. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must tell meeting participants that the meeting is being recorded and transcribed, and obtain any consent required by law or by your organisation, before capturing a meeting. AI NoteTaker does not bypass meeting passwords, waiting rooms or host admission.

Do not use the service to:

• record meetings you are not permitted to record;
• break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• interfere with, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' data.

You keep ownership of your meeting content. You allow us to process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. AI-generated notes can be incomplete or wrong; check important details before relying on them.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Devflovv is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, arising from your use of the service.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
