How MeetFlovv works
MeetFlovv works in three steps: you capture a Google Meet call with the Chrome extension or MeetFlovv Bot, MeetFlovv transcribes it in 15-second pieces while it runs, and it writes your notes when the call ends.

Capture the call
Choose Start Notes in the Chrome extension during a Google Meet call, or send MeetFlovv Bot with the meeting link. With Calendar auto-join, MeetFlovv Bot joins scheduled meetings for you.

Follow the live transcript
MeetFlovv transcribes the meeting in 15-second pieces while it runs and adds speaker names where Google Meet's captions identify them.

Get notes and action items
When the call ends, MeetFlovv writes a summary, key points, decisions, action items and open questions. Copy them, or export notes and transcript as Markdown or text.
What happens behind the scenes
Audio arrives in 15-second pieces
Audio arrives in 15-second pieces while the meeting runs, from the Chrome extension or MeetFlovv Bot. Both send their pieces into the same processing, so you get the same kind of transcript and notes.
Each piece is transcribed right away
A speech-to-text service turns each piece into timestamped text. Failed pieces are retried automatically, and the meeting page updates as new text arrives.
Names come from Google Meet's captions
Speaker timing from the captions is matched against the transcript. Each line gets the speaker who overlaps it most, or no name when that is unclear.
Notes are written once the call ends
When capture stops and every piece is transcribed, an AI model writes the summary, key points, decisions, action items and open questions from the full transcript.
Audio is deleted, transcripts expire
Audio is deleted right after transcription. Transcripts and speaker timing are deleted 48 hours after your notes are ready; notes stay until you delete them.
