Simple pricing for Google Meet notes

Yes. The Free plan needs only an account and no credit card, and you can use it for as long as you like. It includes the Chrome extension, a monthly allowance of transcription minutes, a few MeetFlovv Bot meetings each month, and AI notes with action items and export. Paid plans are optional.

Yes. New customers can try Pro free for 7 days, once per customer. You choose monthly or annual billing when you start the trial, and you are not charged until it ends. Cancel during the trial and you keep Pro until the trial ends, then move to the Free plan without paying anything.

A transcription minute is one minute of meeting audio that MeetFlovv transcribes, whether it comes from the Chrome extension or the MeetFlovv Bot. Silence inside a captured meeting still counts, because the audio is captured and processed. Minutes reset at the start of each billing period; on Free they reset each calendar month.

MeetFlovv stops accepting new audio for the rest of the period and tells you why. A meeting in progress keeps everything captured so far, and its notes are still written. You can upgrade to a plan with more minutes right away, or wait until your minutes reset at the start of the next period.

Yes. You can switch between monthly and annual billing, or between Pro and Business, from the Billing page in your account menu. Changes are prorated by Stripe, our payment processor, so you are charged or credited for the difference. Annual billing costs less per month than paying monthly, and you pay for the year up front.

Cancel any time from the Billing page in your account menu. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. Your existing meeting notes stay in your account. If you were charged by mistake, email contact@meetflovv.com and we will look into it.

Business has no fixed monthly minute limit. Fair use means the plan is meant for one person's real meetings, not for reselling transcription or processing recordings in bulk. If usage is far above normal, our team is alerted and may get in touch. Fair use never silently stops a meeting from being transcribed.

Business is priced per user. Shared team workspaces are not available yet, so today each Business subscription covers one user and its price is the price for that one seat. Business adds unlimited minutes under fair use, meetings up to four hours, five bots at a time and priority processing.

MeetFlovv works with Google Meet only. You can capture a call with the Chrome extension on your own computer, or send the MeetFlovv Bot to a Google Meet link. Zoom, Microsoft Teams and mobile apps are not available. Every plan, including Free, can use both ways to capture a Google Meet call.
