Client call notes for Google Meet

MeetFlovv keeps a record of what was agreed on Google Meet client calls. You get a transcript, with speaker names where Google Meet's captions identify them, then notes with decisions and action items to paste into your follow-up.

Why notes matter here

Client calls are where scope, dates and budgets get agreed. A follow-up email that gets one of them wrong costs trust.

Notes from the call itself mean the follow-up says what was agreed, and you can check it against the transcript.

How MeetFlovv helps

  • Use the Chrome extension when you run the call yourself, so no extra participant appears.
  • Send MeetFlovv Bot when a colleague runs the call and you cannot attend.
  • Copy the notes, or export them as Markdown or plain text, for your follow-up email.
  • Decisions and open questions are listed separately, so nothing agreed is mixed up with what is still open.

Tips

  • Tell the client you are taking notes, and get consent where the law requires it.
  • Read the next steps back before the call ends.
  • Send the follow-up the same day, while everyone remembers the call.
